How to Raise a Complaint
Last updated: October 2026
Homeowners who contact Carryfeet Floor Coating deserve fair treatment. If something goes wrong, we want to know. This page shows how to raise a concern and what to expect afterward. It is a general template and not legal advice.
What You Can Tell Us About
You can contact us about:
- How a call or message with Carryfeet Floor Coating went
- How we handled or protected your personal data
- Anything on the site that looks wrong or confusing
- The conduct of a provider we referred you to
If a Provider Let You Down
Providers in our network are independent companies. Each one handles its own quotes, prices, products, warranties, and customer care. If you are unhappy with a floor coating job, start by raising it with the provider in writing, and keep copies of what you send.
Please let us know too. Your feedback helps us keep the network honest, and providers who repeatedly fall short may be removed. Carryfeet Floor Coating cannot settle contract disputes, handle warranty claims, refund a provider's charges, or act on a provider's behalf.
How to Send a Complaint
Email contact@carryfeet.living and include:
- Your name and contact details
- The date you reached us or the provider
- The number you called or the form you used, if you remember
- The provider's company name, if you know it
- A short account of what happened and what outcome you hope for
What Happens Next
We will confirm by email that we received your complaint, usually within a few business days. We will look into it, which may include talking with the provider. Then we will tell you what we found and what we plan to do.
If You Are Still Unhappy
If our answer does not settle things, reply and ask for a second review. You may also contact your state attorney general, your state consumer protection office, or the Better Business Bureau in your area. If the provider is a licensed contractor, your state licensing board may be able to help as well.
